Bridge to Terabithia is a film based on Katherine Paterson’s famous novel with the same title which was first published in 1977. It tells a story about friendship between a young boy and a young girl surrounded by the imaginary world and dramatic situations.

Before I went to see this film, I had no idea what it’s all about. Judging from its trailer which has been shown many times, I thought it’s a fantasy movie with magic and stunning creatures… But it’s not.

All I can tell you is if you haven’t read the book or know nothing about it, it would be better for you to go and see this film. The story can be called as the lite version of El Laberinto del Fauno. It’s a story about cruel real world they’re experiencing and adventurous fantasy world where everything seems possible.

Warning : The film is totally moving. You might cry. Just close your eyes but keep you mind wide open.
