There are plenty of restaurants in Hua Hin district, most of them are either seafood (no wonder) or Italian. I’ve tried so many, but there are only a few of them that I want to go back and try some more. Tanya’s Homemade Eatery is one of them.
Tanya’s Homemade Eatery is a Thai restaurant located in Seenspace offering contemporary Thai dishes, some of which kind of difficult to find, even in Bangkok.
Kra Jeab Keaw Grob Mayo Phrik Pao (กระเจี๊ยบเขียวกรอบ มาโยพริกเผา)
Fried okra with mayo and pepper burned sauce.
Kao Pad Nam Phrik Kak Moo (ข้าวผัดน้ำพริกกากหมู)
Fried rice with Thai chili-based sauce sprinkled with crackling, served with soft-boiled duck egg and fresh local vegetables. This one is my favorite, I always love fried rice with crackling! And soft-boiled egg is just perfect.
Nam Cha Khing Lum Yai (น้ำชาขิงลำไย)
Ginger tea mixed with longan juice.
So good. Just look at those longans!
