Muddy coffee is a special coffee of the month (June 2018) at Ronin, it consists of Thai black coffee + muddy chocolate + homemade Mandarin lemon syrup.
It tastes like chocolate drink with a hint of coffee and lemon, which is interesting. Although I’m not fond of iced chocolate drink unless it has mint in it. They should create more signature coffee, may be cold brew mixed with coconut? Coconut frappé + filter coffee? Right now they only have filter coffee + homemade syrup, and a few selections of signature infused tea on drinks menu.
Ronin is an industrial loft style café with an art space gallery displaying artworks (by the owner?). They also serve sandwiches, ice cream, soup, and dessert.
