edward SCISSORHANDS
Tim Burton
(1990)
Just finished watching “Edward Scissorhands”, and that was my first time!
I’ve heard about this Tim Burton’s film for very long time, but never really had a chance to watch it. Until this late, when I heard of the re-release of Edward Scissorhands “Collectible Tin Anniversary Edition”, I knew it was time.
Once upon a time in a castle high on a hill lived an inventor whose greatest creation was named Edward. Although Edward had an irresistable charm, he wasn’t quite perfect. the inventor’s sudden death left him unfinished, with sharp shears of metal for hands. Edward lived alone in the darkness until one day a kind avon lady took him home to live with her family. So began Edward’s fantastical adventures in a pastel paradise known as suburbia.
This film is a masterpiece, a wonderful modern classic fairytale
A must-have for all Tim Burton’s fans.

I remembered watching this movie when I was young. I was afraid of Edward’s appearance, especially his sharp metal hands…
