Young filmmaker Victor Frankenstein lives with his parents and a dog named Sparky. One day, Sparky gets killed by a car. Victor tries to bring back his dead dog using lightning. And he finally succeeds reanimating Sparky. His little secret does not stay for long, one of his classmates recognizes Sparky and blackmails Victor to teach him how-to. Later the other kids try to reanimate as well. Unfortunately, things are not going smoothly as they plan.
This definitely is one of Tim Burton’s best films. Brilliant script, wonderful animation. The detail in stop-motion is incredibly amazing.
