Okami Kodomo no Ame to Yuki also known as Wolf Children is an Japanese animation about a young girl who falls in love with a mysterious young man. Until one day the man reveals his true identity as Wolfman, he is the only surviving descendant of the extinct Japanese wolf.

They live happily with two children who are also Wolfpeople. Unfortunately, the daddy Wolfman does not live long enough to see his children grow. Due to the situation and money shortage, the mother decides to move from the city to countryside, where she can raise her children with less fear that people might find out what her children really are.

The story is surreal, yet entertaining to watch. Character design is beautiful, music is lovely. Running scene is spectacular. With a little twist added at the end, makes this film something memorable. It is a good ending, although I expected the other way around.
