SILENT HILL: Revelation
2012 | Michael J. Bassett
The story follows its previous film, Rose is trapped in another dimension after she used the key to send Sharon back. Sharon loses all her memory about Silent Hill and her mother. The Order has been sent people to get Sharon back, they believe Sharon is the only one who can stop the evil Alessa.
There is nothing much to the story, again. Everything is predictable and confusing. Too many unnecessary dialogues and scenes which do not in anyway compliment the whole story. Sean Bean does not die. And you can destroy evil by hugging, OMG.
The special effect is great as usual, it is the only good thing in the film. If you are a big fan of the game, you probably are gonna like it, since it is based on the game Silent Hill 3. I only hope that they can make enough money from this sequel. And if they want to create another sequel, I would suggest them to hire a decent screenwriter next time.
