The second feature-length computer-animated horror 3D film produced by Capcom and Sony Pictures Entertainment (Japan). The film depicts story after the Soviet collapsed, the small countries began splitting away and declared independence.

The film focuses on the Eastern Slav Republic which rumor has spread about Bio Organic Weapons (B.O.W.s) are being used in war. Special Agent Leon S. Kennedy is sent in to verify such rumor, but he gets caught up in the war between Government and the Rebellion. Ada Wong from Umbrella Corporation disguises herself as a special investigator of BSAA (United Nations’ Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance), her real objective is yet unknown.

The graphic is noticeably far more superior than BIOHAZARD: DEGENERATION, with much engaging plot. It also introduces a new monster never before seen in any feature-length of BIOHAZARD film series.
