อยากดูภาพยนตร์เรื่อง BRICK แล้วก็มีคนเอาเข้ามาฉายจริงๆ ด้วย เข้าที่ Lido Multiplex เมื่อวานเลยไถลตัวจากออฟฟิสหลังเลิกงาน แวะไปดูสักหน่อย
Brendan (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) ได้รับโทรศัพท์ขอความช่วยเหลือจาก Emily (Emilie de Ravin) แฟนเก่าของเขาซึ่งเลิกกันไปเมื่อสองเดือนก่อน พร้อมกับทิ้งคำใบ้ปริศนาอย่าง “Brick”, “Tug” และ “The Pin” ไว้ให้งุนงงเล่น ทำให้ Brendan ต้องออกตามหา Emily ในขณะเดียวกัน เขาก็ถลำลึกไปในวังวนอันตรายที่ซับซ้อนซ่อนเงื่อน
ภาพยนตร์เต็มไปด้วยบทที่น่าสนใจอีกแง่มุมหนึ่งของวัยรุ่น มุมกล้องที่กดดันอารมณ์ สถานการณ์ที่น่าหวาดหวั่น การนำเสนอในรูปแบบของฟิล์มนัวร์ (Film Noir) ยุคปัจจุบัน ที่มีทั้งนักสืบ, ปริศนา, คนดี, ผู้ใ้ห้ความช่วยเหลือ, คนร้าย, คนที่ไม่รู้ว่าดีหรือร้าย, การฆาตกรรม, การค้ายา, และแน่นอนว่า รวมถึงความจริงทั้งหมด ที่จะเฉลยกันในตอนสุดท้าย
